Signature Lease Purchase
Our Signature Lease Purchase Program is an agreement between you and Fresh Start Home Soulutions to lease the property for a specified period of time and at the end of the lease period, you have the "OPTION" to purchase the property for a predetermined price. It is important to know that you have the "OPTION" to buy but you are not obligated whereas we at Fresh Start Home Solutions do not have an "OPTION" and we are obligated to sell if you exercise your "OPTION".
Seller Finance
Seller Financing or sometimes called Owner Financing or Owner Carry Back.
Rather than paying in full, up front, for the home, you would provide a down payment and then make payments for a predetermined amount of time.
In this case, ownership would transfer to you like normal but Fresh Start Home Solutions would act as the lender thus bypassing the banks.
